Acceptable Use Policy — AI Generated Content
Last updated: October 2026
img2.video ("the Platform", "we") provides AI-powered image-to-video generation. This Acceptable Use Policy ("this Policy") applies to all content generated, uploaded, published or stored through the Service, and sets out our content standards, moderation mechanisms, reporting process and enforcement actions. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to all content forms on the Platform:
- Images: user-uploaded input images.
- Videos: AI-generated video output, including optional audio.
- Prompts: text instructions submitted by users.
2. Content Standards & Prohibited Categories
The Platform explicitly prohibits using the Service to generate the following six categories of content:
- Sexual / NSFW content (pornography, nudity, sexual acts).
- Violent / gory content (graphic violence, gore, torture, gruesome injury).
- Hate speech (content attacking people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar protected traits).
- Child-unsafe content (CSAM) — any sexual content involving minors.
- Deepfakes / impersonation of real people without consent.
- Content infringing copyright or trademark rights.
2.1 Zero Tolerance
The following are subject to immediate enforcement upon detection, and we reserve the right to report them to the relevant authorities:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualized content involving minors.
- Content promoting or facilitating terrorism, extremism or mass violence.
- Instructions for creating weapons of mass destruction.
- Content inciting genocide or ethnic hatred.
- Non-consensual sexual deepfakes of real individuals.
2.2 General Prohibitions
- Generating or spreading misinformation, rumors or fraudulent content at scale.
- Impersonating real individuals, brands or institutions.
- Infringing intellectual property, likeness or privacy rights.
- Presenting AI-generated content as human-made to deceive.
- Jailbreak or system-prompt-attack prompts intended to bypass safety mechanisms.
- Creating multiple accounts to farm free credits.
3. Content Moderation
The Platform operates a multi-layer moderation system: automated screening + manual review + periodic audits.
3.1 Automated Screening (real-time)
- Input filtering: every uploaded image is analyzed by an automated NSFW classifier (fal.ai
imageutils/nsfw) before generation; images flagged above threshold are rejected and deleted without charge. - Upstream model safeguards: all generation runs through upstream providers (xAI Grok Imagine, Kuaishou Kling, Google Veo) which apply their own content policies and per-request screening on both prompts and outputs.
- Usage pattern analysis: abnormal generation patterns are monitored; repeated policy-hit accounts are flagged.
3.2 Manual Review
- Content flagged by automated systems or user reports is reviewed by our team.
- Uploaded images and generated videos are retained only for a limited period (7 days) and then deleted.
3.3 Severity Levels
| Level | Description | Handling |
|---|---|---|
| L1 Critical | Child safety, terrorism | Auto-block + manual confirm → ban + report |
| L2 High | Severe violations (other prohibited categories) | Auto-flag + priority review → takedown + suspension |
| L3 Medium | General violations | Manual review → warning + removal |
| L4 Low | Minor violations | Report-triggered → warning + request to modify |
4. Reporting
4.1 What to Report
- Content or behavior violating this Policy.
- Serious violations involving child safety or terrorism.
- AI content impersonating you or infringing your rights.
4.2 Reporting Principles
- Confidentiality: reporter identity is kept strictly confidential.
- Neutrality: all reports are reviewed independently and objectively.
- Anti-abuse: malicious or knowingly false reports are logged and may result in enforcement.
5. Report Channels
- Report email: [email protected] (monitored daily)
- General support: [email protected]
- In-product: via our contact page
6. Response Times

| L2 High | within 24 hours | 3 business days |
| L3 Medium | 3 business days | 7 business days |
| L4 Low | 5 business days | 15 business days |
Process: report received (auto-acknowledged) → severity triage (L1–L4) → content review → enforcement decision → action → notification.
7. Enforcement
| Action | Measure | Applies to |
