📋 Credit rules in detail
Two balances, one wallet. Your account holds subscription credits (included with plans, refresh each cycle) and pack credits (one-time purchases + free welcome credits).
Subscription credits are spent first. Every generation draws from your subscription balance before touching pack credits — so the balance that expires sooner gets used first.
Pack credits never expire. They stay in your account until you spend them, even if you cancel a plan.
Failed generations are refunded automatically — and refunds always land in your pack balance (never-expiring), even if the original charge used subscription credits.
Cancel anytime, keep access to period end. Cancelling stops future renewals immediately. Your plan and its credits stay usable until the end of the paid period, then unused subscription credits reset (pack credits are untouched).
Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge for the difference; the new plan's full monthly credits are credited right away.
Re-subscribing after cancelling starts a fresh full-price cycle (new billing period, not prorated). Your remaining credits carry over seamlessly — nothing is lost. Tip: to switch plans, use Upgrade before your period ends rather than cancelling and re-buying.
